INGREDIENTS

5 TBS ROLLED OATS

1 CUP SOYA MILK/ALMOND MILK

1 SMALL DICED APPLE,1TSP OF FLAX SEEDS,1 TSP CHIA SEEDS

PUMPKIN SEEDS, PECAN

1TSP HONEY

COOKING TIME 6 MIN

PROCESS-Pick the serving bowl of your choice. Add milk, apples, seeds and cook for 3 min in microwave. Now add oats and microwave 3 min more.

Sprinkle pumpkin seeds, Drizzle honey and add pecan.

Enjoy warm

My Thoughts.

I usually have my breakfast overlooking my garden and soaking the warmth of the day to embrace what lies ahead. I agree with numerous high achievers that we should start our day with meditation incorporating our thoughts in passive streams directed to definite goals no matter how trivial.  The idea is to align our hearts and mind, restoring our vitality from within our selves. It took me many years to understand that a few moments of self-reflection promotes self-healing. What we lose in our lives cannot be found merely by exhibiting distress as unless we work on our own strengths, joy and abundance are unlikely.  A positive mindset provided others are not let down by our decisions and our actions are devoid of arrogance;  entail prosperity and real joy; plus an opulent mind yields abundance in every aspect of life.

So I gather by the time I finish my breakfast I will feel rejuvenated for the day and will have so much to give as I always hope and pray to receive the same from those around me, from nature and above all from my Creator.
